  • The Trolley Transportation LLC provides private trolley transportation services, including but not limited to:

    • Wedding transportation, including bridal party transportation, guest shuttles, and ceremony-to-reception transfers

    • Corporate event transportation and shuttle services

    • Private parties and special celebrations

    • Dinner runs to restaurants and nightlife destinations

    • Old Town Scottsdale trolley tours and bar or restaurant hopping

    • Small-group trips to Old Town Scottsdale (minimum of 7 passengers)

    • Seasonal Holiday Lights Tours

    • Hotel, venue, and event shuttle services

    • Transportation for festivals, community events, and special occasions

    • Custom private trolley charters

  • The trolley accommodates up to approximately 30–35 passengers, depending on seating configuration. Capacity limits are strictly enforced and may not be exceeded.

  • Yes. Small-group transportation is available for groups of (10) or more passengers.
    Small-group trips are charged on a per-person basis and include a return trip to the original pickup location unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Yes. We offer point-to-point drop-offs for small and large groups of 10–30 passengers.

    • Large groups are subject to a 2-hour minimum booking, depending on distance.

    • Small groups are priced on a per-person basis, with rates varying based on distance and route.

    Availability and pricing may vary based on distance, timing, and demand.

  • No. Our Old Town Scottsdale tours are offered exclusively for small and large groups with a 10-passenger minimum and a maximum capacity of up to 30 passengers. All tours are private group experiences and are not sold as individual or single-ticket rides.

  • The Old Town Scottsdale Tour operates daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • To book a trolley, please visit our Contact page or email us at info@thetrolleytransportation.com with your event date, service times, pickup and drop-off locations, and estimated passenger count. Reservations are not confirmed until a contract is issued, signed, and the required payment is received.

  • All pricing is provided by email. Because no two trips are the same, rates may vary based on service type, distance, duration, group size, route, number of stops, wait time, special event dates, staffing needs, and overall service scope, allowing us to provide accurate pricing tailored to each group’s transportation needs.

      • Large groups: Two (2) hour minimum booking, depending on distance

      • Small groups: Per-person pricing, based on distance and route

    • Weddings: A deposit is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date, as outlined in the contract.

    • All other services: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve services.

    All payments are subject to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement.

  • Holiday Lights Tours run from the day after Thanksgiving through December 28th each year.

  • We recommend booking months in advance, with reservations often starting as early as January. Holiday Lights Tours are extremely popular, and availability is limited, especially for weekends and evening time slots. Booking early is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Our Holiday Lights Tour typically lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic conditions and the number of stops made along the route, including photo opportunities and restroom breaks. A four (4) hour minimum booking is required for all Holiday Lights Tours, which allows flexibility for stops and a relaxed experience.

  • Our Holiday Lights Tours feature some of the best residential holiday displays in Scottsdale and Mesa. Routes are customized based on the pickup location, traffic conditions, and timing to provide the best possible viewing experience. Because holiday displays change each year, specific neighborhoods and stops may vary.

  • No. All Holiday Lights Tours are private group charters only. We do not sell individual tickets. Each tour is reserved exclusively for your group and can accommodate up to 30 passengers.

  • Some decorations are permitted with prior approval. Decorations must not damage the trolley or interfere with safe operation.
    Christmas garland, tinsel, tape, adhesives, or any materials that may shed, scratch, or damage the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
    Only approved signage, including coroplast signs, may be used

  • The trolley is equipped with air conditioning; however, interior temperatures may vary during extreme heat. Trolley service between May and October may be limited or recommended for short trips or photo opportunities only.

  • Pets are not permitted. Service animals are allowed in compliance with ADA requirements.

  • Food is not permitted on the trolley unless expressly approved in writing by management prior to the event.

  • Alcoholic beverages and drinks are permitted on private charters. All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older, and responsible consumption is required at all times.
