Terms & Conditions

    • A four (4) hour minimum rental applies to all reservations. Rental time begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time, regardless of passenger readiness, delays, or late departures.

    • Overtime is billed at $275 per hour and will be charged to the client’s card on file or is due immediately upon completion of service.

    • Pricing is subject to change during holidays, special events, and peak-demand dates. Rates are confirmed at the time of booking and reflected in the client’s written quote or invoice.

    • Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Debit Card, and ACH. A 3.5% transaction fee applies to all credit and debit card payments.

    • A non-refundable deposit of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total service amount is required to secure the booking.

    • The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date.

    • Cancellations made seven (7) or more days prior to the event remain subject to the non-refundable 75% deposit.

    • Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled event are non-refundable in full.

    • The Trolley Transportation LLC maintains all required commercial insurance for its vehicles and drivers.

    • The company shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, or mechanical failure.

    • The Trolley Transportation LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items.

    • Liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

    • Service may be immediately terminated without refund if illegal substances, underage drinking, unsafe behavior, or disorderly conduct occurs during service.

    • In the event of mechanical issues or unforeseen vehicle unavailability, The Trolley Transportation LLC reserves the right to provide a comparable substitute vehicle, including but not limited to a mini coach bus or similar vehicle, to fulfill the service

  • The Trolley Transportation LLC shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public emergencies, government regulations, pandemics, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to perform or reschedule services when possible.

    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

    • The exclusive venue for any legal action arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

    • The client agrees to be responsible for all legal fees and court costs incurred in connection with the enforcement of these Terms & Conditions.

  • These Terms & Conditions represent a mutual exchange of value between the parties. The client’s deposit serves as consideration to reserve transportation services provided by The Trolley Transportation LLC.

    • By booking services, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging The Trolley Transportation LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    • Electronic acceptance, email confirmation, and online booking confirmations constitute valid and enforceable acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

    • Clients confirm they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and authorized to enter into this agreement.

    • These Terms & Conditions, together with any accompanying quote or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications, negotiations, or representations, whether written or oral.

    • Any modifications or changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
